5 distinct menu design themes for an East Jerusalem restaurant — from warm heritage to bold ember. Each is print-ready, RTL-verified, and packed with upsell optimization.

Al-Day'a needed a professional menu that reflected their authentic Palestinian cuisine while looking modern enough to compete. The menu had to handle complex Arabic RTL layout, triple pricing columns (chicken/beef/mix), and work as a tri-fold print piece.

We designed 5 complete menu themes, each with its own visual identity but sharing the same verified content. Every theme was built as responsive HTML, converted to print-ready A4 landscape tri-fold format with full Arabic diacritics (tashkeel).

Extracted every item, price, and description from the existing menu. Verified all prices against 2026 East Jerusalem market rates.
Structure Design
Built the tri-fold layout: sandwiches & schnitzel, meals & shakers, bites & group meals, fries & sides, with upsell callouts on every panel.
5 Theme Variants
Main (Orange/Green), Night (Dark Charcoal), Heritage (Parchment/Islamic patterns), Mediterranean (Teal/Botanical), Ember (Fire Orange/Bold).
Print Production
CSS print media queries for A4 landscape, 3 panels at 99mm each. Typography scaled for readability. CMYK color codes provided.
